Six things we'll put in writing.
We're a small family company. We don't have a marketing department to write promises for us, so here are the ones we'd actually want in writing if we were the customer.

You get Peter
The person who quotes the job is the person who does it. No subcontractor you've never met, no different van each visit. If Peter can't do it, we'll say so rather than send someone else and hope.

A free quotation, even for the smallest job
No call-out charge to get a price, no minimum job value, and no penalty for a job turning out to be smaller than you feared. If a five-minute fix is genuinely all it needs, that's what we'll tell you.

Both our numbers, on every page
01732 423022 and 07931 113357. You should never have to work out whether the company you found on Google is the company whose website you're reading. That's the whole reason both are printed throughout this site.

Tested, certified, notified
Work is tested and certified where the job calls for it, and domestic installation work is notified under the Competent Person Scheme. The paperwork comes to you — you shouldn't have to chase it a fortnight later.

Certificates on request, before you commit
Insurance and current registration details go over by email if you ask, before you book. We'd rather you checked than trusted a logo.

We come back
We're a family firm in Tonbridge that intends to still be here next year. If something we installed isn't behaving, ring us — that call gets answered the same as a new enquiry.
